Can I Access My Account Online?

Welcome to NEMC’s Parent Portal!

Here music parents can access their rental account online to view payment history, account balance, edit account preferences, make payments or sign up for our convenient EasyPay automatic monthly payment program with a couple of clicks.

Simply visit www.nemc.com, Click Login and then select Forgot User name/Password to get an email to reset your credentials.

Once you have reset your credentials you can login to access your account.

If you have any difficulty accessing your account please contact us through our Contact Page using the subject Rental Account Question. If your account number is not available please provide us with your name as it was provided on the rental contract along with your city, state, zip code and the type/serial number of the instrument you rented. A customer service representative will look up your account and email you a password reset link for your Parent Portal account.
