At NEMC we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and users of our website located at www.nemc.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy gives you details of our privacy practices, including: (a) what types of information we collect about you; (b) how the information will be used; (c) to whom we disclose the information; and (d) how we safeguard the information. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and will provide notice of any major changes by posting notice on the Site.

By providing personal information and/or non-personal information to us through the Site, our stores or through our customer service department in connection with our Site, you are agreeing to let NEMC collect and use your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
By using the Site and providing both Personal Information and non-personal information to us through the Site, dealers that participate in NEMC’s rental program, or through interaction with NEMC personnel, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. NEMC may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If a material change is made to this Privacy Policy and/or the way we use our users' personal identifiable information, then we will post notice of that change on the first page of this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes to it. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your consent to any changes to this Privacy Policy.
What Information Do We Collect
We may ask you to provide us with personal information on a voluntary basis in certain areas of the Site, and you will be required to provide personal information when you make purchases on the Site. The kinds of personal information that we may request may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, fax number, credit card information and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs, and services (“Personal Information”). All such information will be treated in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
NEMC is committed to protecting the privacy of children. NEMC does not maintain Personal Information online from children we actually know are under the age of 13 unless we have received parental consent. Should a child who we know is under 13 send Personal Information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or a parent or guardian) to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her Personal Information.

These third parties provide a variety of services to NEMC including, without limitation, fulfilling product orders, managing or hosting the Site, helping create new content and promotions for the Site, and sending or coordinating the sending of marketing communications to users who have consented to receive such materials. In situations where you have supplied your information in connection with a question or request for information about a product or service offered by one of our business partners, we may also send the information you have supplied to the business partners that offer such products or services.
The Site provides links to various websites operated by third parties including, but not limited to, third party sites that display the NEMC trademarks. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites that are accessible through the NEMC site. When you click on one of these links, you will be transferred out of our website and connected to the website of the organization or company that maintains that website. Even if an affiliation exists between our Site and a third party website, we exercise no control over linked sites. From time to time, NEMC may be required to share Personal Information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. In addition, we may share certain Personal Information when we believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of NEMC and/or others. NEMC may also share personally identifiable information with controlling entities, entities it controls, and those under common control.
